Hosted by Thinking Bigger Business Media, the award is presented to 25 local businesses with fewer than 25 employees. Each winner has demonstrated financial strength, the ability to overcome adversity and challenges, a commitment to the community and a powerful company vision.

An independent panel of judges consisting of area business leaders chooses the winning companies.
